• We greatly appreciate when guests let us know the approximate time of arrival.

• One day deposit required on all reservations.

• As a small inn, cancellations and no-shows do significant damage. Last-minute notice gives us little chance of filling your space, so we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

• There is a two week cancellation policy. 50% is charged for canceling 14 days or less prior to reservation – Full charge for cancelation 7 days or less prior. * Please make sure that we confirm recipt of your cancellation.

• If we are holding more then one room for you, we will charge your card one night for each room two weeks prior to your reservation date.
