• Smoking outdoors only.

• Well trained dogs are sometimes allowed (with special permission).

• We greatly appreciate when guests let us know the approximate time of arrival.

• One day deposit required on all reservations.

• As a small inn, cancellations and no-shows do significant damage. Last-minute notice gives us little chance of filling your space, so we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

• There is a two week cancellation policy. A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to reserved date. If it is later than 1 week prior to reserved date, we charge the full price.* Please make sure that we confirm recipt of your cancellation.

• If we are holding more then one room for you, we will charge your card one night for each room two weeks prior to your reservation date.
